2nd Green Wish

I wish the schools could use biodegradable trash bags instead of regular ones. There are so many in our school and in classrooms that it could help decompose garbage faster and safer.

Equinox

Either of two times of the year when the sun crosses the plane of the earth's equator and day and night are of equal length. The tilt of the earth's axis is inclined neither away from nor towards the sun , the Sun being vertically above a point on the equator. There are two points on which the equinox will sit and they are called the vernal point and the autumnal point.

mythbusters

This movie applied to our class because lightning is a factor that can be altered by humans. the more pollution there is the more storms are produced causing acid rain or even highly dense and dangerous storms. Everything we do affects how the earth works. Mythbusters can prove some great points if you listen and watch enough of that show.

Nitrate project

this had to do with our project because there are animals in the woods. This means our result reflects positively on our project because the animal decomposition is not high. Our woods are being affected by humans and not the animals and plants. We must figure out how to clean the woods now.

EarthForce Ideas

I really liked the cigarette article because if every school helped pick up butts, there would be a lot less toxins in our earth.The second article was about the kids who tested having a recess first and then a lunch. the kids compared that to a normal lunch and recess. This article was okay because when we become older, there is no recess, therefore, what does it matter to us high schoolers. I could organize a trash pick up team. We could pick up trash on the sides of homes down town and free the earth of more non-decomposable substances.
